Lemon Butter Chicken is one among my favorites dishes.This dish includes a delightful butter sauce that that lessens and leaves a tart, sticky deposit on the chicken, and on base of the skillet.
The blend of thyme and rosemary herbs works very well with the lemon and recent shredded cilantro can be used with the juice.
Lemon Butter Chicken recipe
Preparation time:15 minuteCooking time:30 minute
Servings-4
Ingredients:
- 8 chicken pieces, breasts or thighs
- 4 Tb unsalted butter
- 2 Tb onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 Tb honey
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions:
In a massive pan, over medium heat, soften butter and brown chicken on either side.
mix remaining ingredients during a little bowl, then pour over chicken in pan (skin facet up).
scale back heat to low. Cook for twenty minutes. flip chicken over (skin facet down) and cook another twenty minutes, or till done.
Consume everything and clean the sticky lemon/butter material
on the bottom of the skillet with a spoon.
