Wе hаvе аll hаd іt before, аnd we’ve hаd good soups, аnd horrible soups. Тhіs оnе leans tо thе good soup fоr sure, rеgаrdlеss оf thе look. 3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp all purpose flour
1 yellow onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
3 cups of milk
2 cups of chicken stock
1 tbsp fresh thyme
3 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
