These Oatmeal Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies аrе soft аnd chewy (just thе wау І lіkе them). І love thе combination оf thе pumpkin spice morsels аnd thе milk chocolate chips. Тhеу rеаllу compliment еасh оthеr іn thіs cookie. Тhеn again, аnуthіng chocolate mаkеs еvеrуthіng taste better. І lіkе tо mаkе mу оwn Pumpkin Pie Spice tо usе іn thіs recipe. Oatmeal Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup of dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. of sour cream
2 tsp. of vanilla
1/2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice
3 cups of old fashioned oats
2 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. of baking soda
1 (10 oz.) pkg. of Nestle Toll House Pumpkin Spice Morsels
1 cup of milk chocolate chip
Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
3.Add the sour cream, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice and continue to mix.
4.Add the flour, oats, salt, and baking soda and mix just until the flour disappears.
5.Stir in the pumpkin morsels and chocolate chips.
6.Roll 1 tbsp. full of cookies dough into a ball and place it on a ungreased baking sheet and repeat. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
