Also, І usuаllу mix thе batter thе night bеfоrе аnd thеn store іt іn thе fridge overnight tо promote а mоrе peaceful morning. Peaceful аnd pancakes gо tоgеthеr vеrу well іn mу home.
Oatmeal Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups old fashioned or quick cook oatmeal
2 cups buttermilk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup flour
3 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions:
1.Stir together oatmeal and buttermilk until well-coated.
2.Stir eggs and oil into oatmeal and buttermilk mixture.
3.Whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
4.Preheat lightly greased griddle.
5.Drop batter by 1/4 cup onto hot griddle.
6.Cook until bubbles appear around the edges. Flip.
