Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1/2 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic
2, 8oz cans of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon oregano
Instructions:
Use a non-stick skillet and melt butter over medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for about 3 minutes or until carmelized.
Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper and sear both sides in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Add tomato sauce and oregano over pork chops. Keep on high heat until sauce begins to bubble. Reduce heat to low, cover pan and let pork chops simmer for 12-15 minutes.
