2 pounds 85% lean ground beef1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 lightly beaten egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons parsley flakes or fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F2.Use wet hands and mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix for about 1 minute to get everything evenly distributed.
