Ingredients:

2 pounds 85% lean ground beef
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 lightly beaten egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons parsley flakes or fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2.Use wet hands and mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix for about 1 minute to get everything evenly distributed.
3.Shape mixture into a loaf and place into a baking pan. You do not need to grease the pan.
4.Bake in oven for 45-60 minutes. Baste occasionally with the juices that render in the pan.
5.Meatloaf is done when lightly browned and firm to the touch. Internal temperature should be 160 degrees F.
6.Serve with brown gravy and mashed potatoes. Just like grandma makes it!
