Ingredients:
• 1 pound grass-fed Ground Beef• 1 large Egg
• 3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
• 1/3 cup finely chopped Red Onion
• 1/4 cup finely chopped Parsley
• 1 heaping teaspoon Italian Seasoning
• 3/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
• 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
• 1/4 teaspoon ground Black Pepper
Instructions:
1) In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix them together (I use my hands, it’s easiest).2) Shape mixture into meatballs that are about 2 inches in diameter or the size of golf balls (makes about 15 meatballs).
3) Cook the meatballs on medium-low in frying pan with coconut oil. I cover my pan with a lid to keep them moist. Lift the lid frequently to turn the meatballs onto all sides so they are evenly cooked and don’t burn. The meatballs are usually ready once they have browned on all sides.
You may also choose to bake the meatballs at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour.
