Spicey hot pork curry recipe

Ingredients:
500g Pork
1 Onion (s)
1 Garlic clove (s)
300ml Coconut milk
1 TBSP Cornstarch
3 tbsp Curry Powder
300g Mangetout(snow peas)
Salt and pepper
possibly Sambal oelek if necessary
Oil for frying
500g Rice
Instructions:
Cook the rice in salted water. meanwhile Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with cornstarch. Add the onion and garlic, peel and chop. The snow peas brush. Heat the oil in a wok can be hot and portions sear the meat is short and strong. Remove the meat from the wok and keep warm. Fry the curry powder in it and add onion and garlic. The fry onions glassy. Add the meat and mix it all together again. Pour the coconut milk and add the snow peas. All long cook until the peppers have the desired bite. Season with salt, pepper and possibly sambal oelek. Arrange on plates and serve hot.
