Chicken Rice Casserole recipe

Chicken rice casserole is actually an excellent homemade food .The type of food many of us grew up with , came home from college/school or university eager for eating like a home-cooked food,  as well as exactly what we would like to serve whenever memories of loved ones meals made.

Ingredients:

2 cups Chicken, Cooked chopped
2 cups Chicken Stock
1 cup Sour Cream
3 cups Jasmine Rice cooked
1 Can Cream Of Chicken Soup
2 cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
1/4 cup Butter melted
2 cups Cornflakes crushed

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to180 degrees.
Grease a big baking tray gently along with canola oil.
Spread your cooked rice smoothly upon the bottom of the baking tray.
Properly put the two cups of chicken stock over the cooked rice.
Spread your broccoli as well as chopped chicken equally over the rice layer.
Blend together your sour cream and can of cream of chicken soup as well as pour equally over the top of the chicken mix.
Blend your melted butter as well as the crushed cornflakes together and spread  equally upon top.
Cook for 20 - 30 minutes or until eventually golden.
