Spring salmon salad sandwiches recipe



Ingredients:

2 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill weed
OR
1 teaspoon dried dill weed, crushed
1 can (6 ounce size) chunk salmon packed in water, drained
freshly ground black pepper
red leaf lettuce leaves
4 slices whole grain bread
12 slices (thin) cucumbers


Instructions:

Stir your sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and also dill in that choice bowl. Bring the salmon and throw for you to coat. Time for the black pepper.

Stability your lettuce and then salmon combination between half your daily bread slices. Vying for the cucumber and last bread slices.
