Ingredients:

1) 250 grams Paneer

9) 4 tbsp Ghee/Oil
10) 1 tsp chili powder Salt to taste (grind into paste)
11) 1 large onion
12) 2 tblps grated fresh Coconut
13) 5 Cloves Garlic
14) 1 green chilli
15) 2 tsp Coriander seeds (dhania)
16) 1 tspn Cumin seeds (jeera)
17) 1 small piece Ginger
18) 2 tblsp chopped Coriander

Instructions:



Koftas
1. Stumble the paneer as well as knead highly.
2. Blend both the paneer, plain flour, baking powdered ingredients, cold, and then preservatives.
3. Shape into daughter balls and also heavy fry in gas.

Gravy
