Fish fillet in olive oil with garlic recipe

Ingredients:
2 small Onion (s)2 toe n Garlic
2 TBSP Oil, olive oil
500g Tomato (s)
Salt and pepper
2 TBSP Herbs from Provence
1 Lemon (n), (the juice)
600g Fish fillet (s)
100g Feta cheese
120g Olives, black
Basil - Papers
1 pinch (s) Sugar
Instructions:
Chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan with 1 tablespoon olive oil until it turns soft. Peel tomatoes and add to, can be easily reduced.add salt, pepper and herbs. A pinch of sugar to it. Everything put in a baking dish. Cut fish into large cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add to the tomato sauce. Feta cheese cubes, crumble and distribute it.Bake in the oven at 160 degrees about 20 - bake for 30 minutes.
