easy Marinierte Chicken Wings

ingredients:

12 chicken wings (chicken wings, each approx 40 g)
Salt
Pepper from the mill
2 cloves of garlic
1 red chilli
1 stalk lemongrass
1 piece of ginger (about 20 g)
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry and soy sauce
2 limes
1 tbsp liquid honey
1 cucumber
1 bunch of spring onions
50 ml chicken stock
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
½ bunch coriander

instructions:

Chicken Wings rinse, pat dry, season with salt and pepper. Place in a large freezer bag.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash chilli, clean, cut in half, remove the seeds, if necessary, rinse again and cut into thin rings.

Free lemongrass from the hard outer leaves, wash, shake dry and also chop finely.

Ginger root, peeled and finely grate. Give with garlic and lemon in a bowl. Soy sauce and stir in sherry.

Rinse lime hot, dry rub and grate the peel finely. 1 lime in half and squeeze.

Lime zest and stir juice with the honey with the soy-sherry mixture. To pour the chicken wings, close the freezer bag well and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours in refrigerator (marinate).

Spring onions, wash, shake dry and cut into thin rings. Put in a salad bowl with cucumber slices.

In a small bowl, chicken broth, sesame oil and chili sauce whisk. Cut in half and squeeze the juice and stir in remaining lime.

Pour the dressing over cucumber and spring onions. Add salt and pepper, mix again and leave for about 20 minutes.

Chicken Wings can take out of the marinade, drain and place on 2 large aluminum grill trays. Grilled crispy brown on the hot grate in 20-25 minutes, turning regularly in between.

Meanwhile, wash coriander, shake dry and chop pluck leaves. Salad again and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with the chicken wings.
