Marinated Chicken Wings: Preparation
Peel the garlic and chop finely. Wash chilli, clean, cut in half, remove the seeds, if necessary, rinse again and cut into thin rings.

Free lemongrass from the hard outer leaves, wash, shake dry and also chop finely.

Ginger root, peeled and finely grate. Give with garlic and lemon in a bowl. Soy sauce and stir in sherry.
