Ingredients:

  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 300 grams cubed chicken fillet
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 crushed clove garlic
  • 2 cups long grain rice, cooked, drained & chilled
  • 4 teaspoons MAGGI Chicken Stock Powder
  • 1 red capsicum, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 spring onions, sliced diagonally

instructions:

 Energy oil with an big frying pan.

Bring the chicken, onion garlic. Stir fry through that high heat till golden brown.

Add your daily rice, chicken stock powdered, capsicum and then peas.

Stir fry with regard to 5-8 minutes.

Stir under the soy sauce as well as season onions, long before serving.
