0.75 kg Potato4 Sp Garlic
2 Pinch Caraway
1 kg Lamb meat (sliced)
3 Pinch Marjoram
1 EL Oil
0.5 l vegetable soup stock
1 Pinch Salt and pepper

Instructions:
For the lamb season the lamb slices on top on the eve well with salt, pepper, marjoram and rosemary, cover, dark and cool place.The next day, the slices stir-fry in hot oil on both sides, place in a large saucepan, pour the drippings with 1/2 liter of soup stock and cut the potato small, season with salt and pepper and spread over the lamb slices. Empty the soup stock over the whole.
Then off to the pre-heated oven for an hour (or longer, if the sample by potato already are), then again about 10 minutes the tube turn on grill, so it gets a nice color.
For this purpose, you can still rich cranberries and a salad or red cabbage .
