Ingredients:
- 700 gm - boneless chicken(diced)
- 2 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 cup - Corn flour
- 1 tsp - Garlic paste
- 1 tsp - Ginger paste
- 3 cups - onions, chopped coarsely
- 3 tbsp - green chillies, thickly sliced
- 2 tbsp - soya sauce
- 3 tbsp - Vinegar
- some greens for garnish
instructions:
1.Combine the chicken, 1 egg, 1 cup corn flour, 1 tsp garlic and 1 tsp ginger paste, and enough water so the chicken pieces are "covered" with the batter.2.Leave aside for 20 minutes to marinate
3.In a big bowl pour oil,Heat the oil enough then deep fry the chicken pieces over high hotness in any case and then bring down the high temperature till chicken is cooked through.
4.Empty on permeable paper till needed.
5.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, and pan-fry the onions in it over high hotness till they look 'wet'.
6.Include the green chillies and blend a couple times.
7.Include the rest of, soya sauce, vinegar and the chicken.
8.Blend well, and serve decorated with a few greens.
